About ExamUpload
A free tool that gets your application documents right the first time.
Why I built it
I'm a senior software engineer, and I've filled in these application forms myself. Friends who are preparing for exams still run into the same problem every season: a photo that's 52 KB when the limit is 50, a signature the portal calls too small, a certificate scan that's 3 MB when the limit is 300 KB. Each rejection means another round of searching for a tool, often with a deadline close and the portal slow.
Most online resizers handle one photo at a time, don't know your exam's rules, and upload your documents to someone's server. ExamUpload does it differently: it knows each application's full document list, prepares every file to the official spec, checks the result, and does all of it on your own device.
How the requirements are checked
- Every requirement comes from the official notification, information bulletin or portal instructions, and links to that source.
- Each one shows the date it was last checked. When a new cycle's notification comes out, it's checked again.
- If a source doesn't give a number, the site doesn't make one up. Where a default is needed to produce a usable file, it's labelled “general preset”.
- The files you download are measured after they're made: format, pixels, KB and DPI are read from the final file, not assumed.
27 applications are covered so far, and more are being added. If you spot a requirement that's wrong or out of date, please tell me.
Your files stay with you
The resizing, compression and PDF work run in your browser. Your photos and documents are never uploaded to a server, so there's nothing for anyone to store, leak or reuse. See the privacy policy for the details.
Free to use
There's no sign-up, no watermark and no paid tier. The site may show ads to cover its costs; they're kept away from the upload and download buttons, and they never get access to your files.
Not an official site
ExamUpload isn't affiliated with SSC, NTA, UPSC, IBPS, SBI, any railway recruitment board, any state commission or any other body. Always check the latest official notification before you apply. Read the full disclaimer.
