Not an official website

ExamUpload is an independent tool. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Staff Selection Commission, the National Testing Agency, the Union Public Service Commission, IBPS, the State Bank of India, any Railway Recruitment Board, any state public service commission, any university, the National Scholarship Portal or any other organisation whose requirements appear here. Their names and abbreviations belong to them and are used only to identify the applications.

Requirements can change

Every requirement is taken from an official notification, bulletin or portal instruction, linked to its source and dated. Bodies can change their rules between cycles, or even during one. Always check the latest official notification before you apply, and follow it if it differs from this site.

General presets

Some sources don't publish pixel sizes or file sizes. Where the site needs a value to produce a usable file, it uses a sensible default and labels it “general preset (not an official spec)”. Treat these as suggestions, not rules.

No guarantee of acceptance

The site checks the files it produces against the published requirements, but a portal may apply checks that aren't published, such as face detection or background colour. We can't guarantee that any file will be accepted.
