Why signature (hindi and english) uploads get rejected
- The file is bigger than 20 KB. Phone photos are usually 2–5 MB, so they always need compressing.
- The image isn't 150–220 × 250–320 px. Cropping by hand often leaves it a few pixels off.
- It's saved as the wrong format: the portal accepts JPG. iPhone HEIC photos and screenshots saved as PNG are common mistakes.
- The background isn't plain white. A tool can't fix a coloured wall or a shadow; retake it against a white wall in good light.
- The DPI is below 200. We set the DPI in the file for you.
