Candidate Signature

Required

  • Format: JPG
  • Dimensions: about 80 × 35 mm
  • File size: ≤ 80 KB
  • DPI: ≥ 150 DPI
  • Background: White

Why candidate signature uploads get rejected

  • The file is bigger than 80 KB. Phone photos are usually 2–5 MB, so they always need compressing.
  • The image isn't about 80 × 35 mm. Cropping by hand often leaves it a few pixels off.
  • It's saved as the wrong format: the portal accepts JPG. iPhone HEIC photos and screenshots saved as PNG are common mistakes.
  • The background isn't plain white. A tool can't fix a coloured wall or a shadow; retake it against a white wall in good light.
  • The DPI is below 150. We set the DPI in the file for you.
