Right Hand Fingers and Thumb Impression

Required

  • Format: JPG
  • File size: 10–200 KB
General preset (not an official spec)

Why right hand fingers and thumb impression uploads get rejected

  • The file is bigger than 200 KB. Phone photos are usually 2–5 MB, so they always need compressing.
  • The file is smaller than 10 KB. This happens with small, clean images; we raise the quality first and, if needed, add standard metadata to reach the minimum.
  • It's saved as the wrong format: the portal accepts JPG. iPhone HEIC photos and screenshots saved as PNG are common mistakes.
