SVMCM signature size and resizer
Resize and compress your signature to the official spec. Drop the file below; it's checked against every rule before you download it.
SVMCM application procedure· verified 5 Oct 2026
Why signature uploads get rejected
- The file is bigger than 20 KB. Phone photos are usually 2–5 MB, so they always need compressing.
- The file is smaller than 10 KB. This happens with small, clean images; we raise the quality first and, if needed, add standard metadata to reach the minimum.
- It's saved as the wrong format: the portal accepts JPG. iPhone HEIC photos and screenshots saved as PNG are common mistakes.
- The background isn't plain white. A tool can't fix a coloured wall or a shadow; retake it against a white wall in good light.
FAQ
What is the SVMCM signature size?
The official requirement is: JPG · 10–20 KB · white background · general preset. Source: SVMCM application procedure, checked on 5 Oct 2026. Always confirm against the latest notification before you apply.
What if my signature is smaller than 10 KB?
We first raise the quality and resolution within the allowed limits. If it's still under 10 KB, we add standard metadata to the file to reach the minimum. The picture itself doesn't change, and the card tells you when this happened.
Is my signature uploaded anywhere when I resize it here?
No. The resizing and compression run in your browser, on your device. Your file is never uploaded to us or stored.
